As a member of our diverse network, you will collaborate with a supportive community of healthcare providers without the stress of on-call responsibilities. Our technology-driven approach includes a state-of-the-art electronic medical records (EMR) system with artificial intelligence features that streamline follow-ups and check-ins with clients, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.

• Conduct regular evidence-based therapy sessions via live video for adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders, including depression and anxiety.
• Work in partnership with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating treatment goals and objectives.
• Utilize auto-generated symptom assessments and treatment progress measures to inform and adjust personalized treatment strategies effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, which simplifies the record-keeping process and ensures compliance with state regulations.

In this role, you will primarily serve adults at our detox center, many of whom are grappling with significant emotional and mental health challenges. Our clients vary in background and experiences, emphasizing the importance of culturally responsive practices in your therapeutic approach. You will engage with clients empathetically, facilitating a safe space for them to express their struggles and foster a commitment to their recovery.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active and independent Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Strong commitment to treating diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for incorporating technology into clinical practice to enhance client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• A minimum of two years' experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices focused on adult clients.
• Experience in treating clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues is highly desirable.
