• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, demonstrating ethical practices and empathy in every interaction.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to effectively manage the diverse needs of each client.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with the specific goals and challenges of your clients.
• Facilitate discussions that promote insight into clients' experiences, managing their emotions, relationships, and personal growth.
• Monitor and assess the progress of clients throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with various mental health challenges. Your role will be instrumental in guiding these individuals toward achieving personal progress and enhancing their quality of life through effective counseling techniques.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice, free from any disciplinary actions.
• Documentation of licensing should include one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Strong interpersonal skills, exemplified by empathy and a service-minded approach to client interactions.
• Proficient in utilizing technology, including a personal computer with video and audio capabilities for virtual counseling sessions.
• A dependable internet connection necessary for conducting remote therapy.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience providing counseling services.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively across diverse demographics.
