• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video chat to support clients in their mental health journeys.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, helping them gain insight into their relationships and well-being.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining their treatment goals and navigating their challenges.
• Assess clients’ mental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches honed through clinical experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued by a state board is mandatory; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Proven ability to conduct professional evaluations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for building rapport with clients.
• Strong proficiency in computer literacy to navigate our online counseling platform efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience with solution-focused therapy and a solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Attractive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked, with potential for higher earnings based on caseload.
