• Manage the clinical care of a diverse caseload of patients, ensuring high levels of proficiency and adherence to established clinical standards.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique psychological needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address mental health challenges.
• Utilize clinical skills to manage crisis situations and provide immediate interventions, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Document and maintain detailed treatment logs, outlining patient progress and adjustments to care strategies.

You will work primarily with a diverse patient population that includes individuals living with a range of psychological conditions. This role involves assessing the needs of both patients and their families, developing tailored intervention strategies to improve their mental well-being. The work is focused on promoting personal growth and independence in the lives of those you serve, making a significant impact on their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required for this position.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is necessary to practice as a licensed mental health counselor.
• At least two years of experience working in a clinical setting is essential, reflecting your proficiency in delivering mental health care.

Experience with telehealth services is highly desirable, as our remote setting emphasizes virtual interactions with patients. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, or trauma-informed care, can enhance your effectiveness in addressing the complex needs of our clientele.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional benefits include a signing bonus of up to $1,500 and performance-based bonuses that can add an additional $2,000 to your annual compensation, based on state licensure.
