• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Engage clients in insightful discussions that encourage self-reflection, helping them understand their feelings and relational dynamics.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the treatment plan, adjusting interventions as necessary to support their growth and well-being.
• Empower clients by equipping them with effective coping strategies and skills to manage their mental health.

This role primarily focuses on helping stable, low-acuity adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Our collaborative approach prioritizes client safety and comfort, delivering tailored therapeutic interventions that support diverse needs. • Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic nature.
• Strong technological aptitude, comfortable with online platforms and tools.

• Previous telehealth experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in treating adults with a variety of mental health concerns, particularly using solution-focused modalities.
• Ability to develop rapport with clients quickly and effectively in a virtual setting.

• A competitive annual salary between USD 90,000 - 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
