• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, creating personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Provide individual therapy using a variety of established clinical modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate genuine emotional growth and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals, and utilize various progress-monitoring techniques to gauge their advancement in treatment.
• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively, ensuring clients who prefer virtual sessions receive comprehensive support tailored to their accessibility requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical guidelines and improving organizational accountability.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• A completed Master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with a diverse client population.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental perspective in understanding clients' lived experiences.
• Ability to manage a diverse case load efficiently while maintaining excellent organizational skills and time management.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Previous work in a private practice setting, understanding the nuances and demands of such an environment.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or similar therapeutic techniques.

• Competitive annual compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
