• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health conditions and determine the most appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop individualized therapy programs that are specifically tailored to meet each client’s goals, ensuring that they address unique issues and challenges.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to promote engagement and progress.
• Collaborate closely with a team of mental health professionals to coordinate care and share insights that contribute to improved patient outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on treatment processes, coping strategies, and available resources throughout their healing journey.
