• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health status of patients, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals, using evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Engage in regular follow-up sessions with clients, aiding them in developing coping mechanisms and strategies to navigate their challenges.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies are in place.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay informed of best practices and the latest research in mental health to continuously improve treatment methods.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency response as needed, employing strong de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

In this role, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. Your skills in culturally responsive therapy will allow you to address diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all clients feel respected and understood. The flexibility of remote sessions will allow clients from various geographical areas to access vital mental health resources.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW in California.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment practices, and cultural competency.
• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy effectively, employing the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with clients.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and other digital tools necessary for telehealth service delivery.
• A commitment to ethical guidelines, patient confidentiality, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Experience working with specialized populations, including children or those with substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral options for patients in need of additional support.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a signing bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
