Foresight Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team remotely. This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing impactful, hands-on support through our detox center's programs. You will work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and specialists dedicated to enhancing the lives of children. The remote setting promotes a healthy balance between work and personal life while ensuring you remain accessible and engaged with clients and their families.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify developmental needs and progress of young children.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring your approach to meet each child’s unique circumstances.
• Monitor and report outcomes as part of a collaborative team, ensuring that services align with best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Provide essential support to families by equipping them with knowledge, resources, and strategies aimed at fostering their child's development.
• Engage in effective communication with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members to create a healthy learning environment.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices when devising developmental strategies.
• Assist families in navigating available services and provide recommendations on frequency and scope of services based on child development status and family priorities.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of safety and health for clients and staff.

This role will focus on providing services to infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with these young clients, their families, and other support networks to create individualized pathways for growth that can transform their early developmental experience. The ideal candidate will approach each client with empathy and a tailored perspective, understanding the vital importance of the early years in shaping future development.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for any necessary travel to client homes or community engagements.
• A strong commitment to implementing Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Respectful and collaborative attitude towards clients, families, and team members.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, enhancing our ability to serve diverse populations.
• Experience in both evaluative and therapeutic scenarios within social work, particularly focused on child development, is a plus.
