• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing structured intake procedures to inform effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver high-quality one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities to foster personal growth, emotional awareness, and coping strategies.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
• Provide remote teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those in remote locations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to uphold ethical standards and facilitate ongoing care.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to maintain a productive workload.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly with telehealth platforms, will be advantageous when integrating technology into therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with community health systems and resources available in Riverside, California, is a plus.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches and diverse client populations is highly valued.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience. As part of our comprehensive benefits package, new hires will receive a $3,000 signing bonus. Additional perks include:
