• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through secure virtual platforms tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to establish attainable therapeutic goals, guiding them through a structured treatment process with ongoing support and empathy.

The clients you will work with encompass a wide range of demographics and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and behavioral conditions. • A current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD is required to practice as a mental health counselor.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, with preference given to candidates who have a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport and facilitating remote counseling sessions effectively.
• Demonstrated empathy and compassion towards clients’ experiences and challenges is critical to providing supportive care.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities will be necessary to manage therapy schedules, documentation, and client interactions autonomously.

• Prior experience with telehealth services, particularly in a counseling or therapeutic context, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and modalities related to mental health is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse client populations and varying mental health diagnoses will enrich the therapeutic experience.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $75,000 and $105,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates who join our team.
