• Conduct thorough assessments that delve into the client’s social, emotional, and environmental challenges, taking the time to understand their unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement tailored service plans, incorporating specific goals, interventions, and strategies for progress monitoring in collaboration with clients.
• Provide individualized counseling sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate life’s complexities, manage mental health concerns, and promote overall well-being.
• Engage with clients to co-create actionable service plans, connecting them to community resources and support networks vital for their recovery journey.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as required, ensuring that clients have safety plans in place to mitigate immediate risks.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential for this position.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of social justice issues, community resources, and the principles of trauma-informed care.
