In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health support to individuals seeking to improve their emotional wellness. With a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and $100,000 annually, we are offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients while enjoying a balanced work-life environment.

About the Organization

At Renewed Hope Behavioral Health, located in the vibrant city of Jacksonville, Florida, we are committed to helping individuals live their best lives. Our services span emotional health and wellness therapies, substance use recovery programs, support for developmental disabilities, and residential programming for those with an acquired brain injury. Guided by our core values of respect, integrity, and compassion, we prioritize person-driven programming geared toward fostering independence, community engagement, and holistic recovery.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, enabling you to maintain a flexible schedule while effectively meeting the needs of our outpatient office. You will be part of a collaborative team that values open communication and teamwork. We emphasize work-life balance, providing you with the opportunity to engage in passion projects and to build meaningful connections with our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical teams to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate patient progress and ensure effective treatment interventions.
  • Engage in the ongoing documentation process to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and timely submission of necessary records.
  • Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems and community partners, facilitating resource connections for clients when necessary.
  • Create and maintain effective communication channels to uphold contract standards and promote the agency's mission within the community.
  • Establish strong relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to foster partnerships that enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
  • Seek professional growth through continued education and participation in conferences, training sessions, and statewide meetings relevant to mental health practice.
  • Promote and embody the agency's mission, values, and principles in all aspects of work.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including those in recovery from substance use disorders, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients navigating life transitions due to acquired brain injuries. Your empathetic approach and tailored strategies will be fundamental to fostering their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
  • Possession of an Independent LMHC License is essential for this role.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, familiarity with community resources, and a proven ability to engage clients in therapeutic settings will have a competitive edge. Understanding diverse populations and effective communication skills are vital traits for success in this position.

Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive yearly salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000.
  • Monthly productivity bonuses to reward your contributions.
  • Ongoing professional development initiatives and training opportunities.
  • Access to supervision to support your professional growth.
  • A supportive team environment that encourages collaboration.
  • A flexible schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Paid time off (PTO) and sick leave.
  • A 403B retirement plan with a 3% company match.
  • Grants for first-time home buyers, enhancing financial stability.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Accounts available for dependent care expenses.
  • An attractive hire-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
