Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Provide various therapeutic interventions, such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster growth and healing.
  • Regularly monitor clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as required to accommodate changes in their circumstances or treatment responses.
  • Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate emotional challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, which may include LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
  • Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to client-centric care.
