Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are client-centered, taking into account each patient's unique needs and life circumstances.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions, such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster growth and healing.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, modifying treatment plans as required to accommodate changes in their circumstances or treatment responses.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients facing immediate emotional challenges.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Engage actively in a collaborative approach with a cross-functional team to address case complexities and improve overall client outcomes.
• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices and participate in ongoing training to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range widely in age and life experiences, requiring a therapist who is skilled in addressing a variety of mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, often working with clients who face unique socio-economic barriers. Your ability to tailor interventions to meet the diverse needs of our client population will be crucial in this role.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, which may include LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to client-centric care.
