Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic dialogue.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges, ensuring that these plans are adaptable as needs evolve.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to assist clients toward their objectives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create a holistic care approach.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
