This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions via secure online video chat. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients through secure online platforms, utilizing your expertise to provide evidence-based treatments focused on their unique needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for clients, incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with peers and utilize a network of professional support to share best practices, improve clinical skills, and enhance client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adult clients across a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. We prioritize creating a safe and inclusive environment where each client's unique experiences and backgrounds are respected and valued. By leveraging technology, we can reach clients who may struggle to access traditional therapy services due to geographic, financial, or mobility constraints.

Qualifications

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in a relevant field.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in your state.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy to adult populations, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practices.
• Exceptional writing skills for documenting sessions and creating treatment plans that effectively convey client progress.
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth technologies and platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
• Training in additional therapeutic modalities, enhancing your ability to cater to diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
