Job description

Job Title: Human Resources Manager (Remote)Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and communicating with applicants.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with performance management processes.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.

  • Prepare employment letters, contracts, HR reports, and other personnel documentation.

  • Support training and professional development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits administration as needed.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative remote work culture.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.

  • Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems (HRIS).

  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
