About the Role

Southern Sands Property Management Group is seeking a highly driven, results-oriented STR Acquisitions Representative to accelerate portfolio growth through outbound sales and strategic owner acquisition.

This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for identifying property owners, generating new opportunities through outbound outreach, and converting those opportunities into signed management agreements.

The ideal candidate thrives in a performance-driven environment, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and is motivated by measurable results and uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Business Development

  • Execute consistent outbound efforts to generate new owner opportunities

  • Conduct 50โ€“75 cold calls per day to prospective property owners

  • Run cold email campaigns (50โ€“75 per day) with structured follow-up sequences

  • Utilize SMS and other outreach channels as needed

  • Build and manage a pipeline from first touch through signed agreement

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Lead prospects through the entire sales process:

    • Initial outreach

    • Qualification

    • Discovery calls

    • Presentation of services

    • Objection handling

    • Closing

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand owner goals and property performance

  • Present Southern Sandsโ€™ value proposition clearly and effectively

  • Manage follow-up cadence and nurture leads until conversion

Inventory Growth Strategy

  • Identify high-value properties aligned with growth goals

  • Support execution of owner acquisition and inventory expansion strategies

  • Provide feedback on market trends and outreach performance

  • Continuously optimize approach to improve conversion rates

CRM & Outreach Systems

  • Manage pipeline and activity within CRM

  • Track outreach metrics and conversion performance

  • Help refine scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies

  • Strong communication, objection handling, and closing skills
