This role primarily operates within a telehealth framework, allowing you to provide therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or any remote location. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients’ needs and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Provide high-quality, short-term individual counseling sessions, utilizing techniques appropriate for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate remote therapy groups and workshops focused on personal development and mental health awareness, encouraging a supportive community experience.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, medical providers, and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.
• Engage in outreach efforts and community initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and increasing awareness about mental health resources, including virtual wellness events.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring consistent tracking of client progress.

Our client population encompasses a wide array of individuals from various backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and families facing unique mental health challenges. You will work with clients navigating issues such as stress management, emotional regulation, and interpersonal conflicts, making it crucial to possess cultural competence and the ability to relate to a diverse group of patients.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by patients in a remote setting, including patients with various clinical presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary to establish rapport and facilitate open dialogue with patients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and short-term therapy models that can be effectively delivered via telehealth.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload while delivering concise and impactful therapeutic interventions.

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, particularly with a focus on telehealth delivery.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and community organizations that can aid in providing comprehensive care for clients.
• Prior experience participating in community outreach or mental health education initiatives.

• Annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
