As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have enriching responsibilities that include:

• Conducting comprehensive and compassionate mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of one of the following fully valid licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No disciplinary actions on your license and no provisional licenses accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient computer literacy, comfortable utilizing digital tools to facilitate counseling sessions and administrative tasks.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with experience in teletherapy and those familiar with evidence-based treatment approaches are preferred.
