This position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home or any location that suits you, providing the flexibility of a remote work setting. All client interactions and therapy sessions are conducted via online video chat, eliminating the need for commuting and enabling you to focus on what you do best: providing exceptional mental health care. • Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations for new clients.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to adult clients, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address various mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices and therapeutic techniques relevant to our population.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative practice and share insights.
• Work with administrative staff to manage schedules, ensuring timely response to client inquiries and appointment requests.

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will tailor your therapeutic approach to meet each client’s unique needs, creating a safe and supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

• Master’s level degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults in a formal setting.
• Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a particular emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong written communication skills for accurate client documentation and report preparation.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or provision of remote therapy services.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with diverse populations and cultural competency.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
