Position Overview

The Grateful Growth Counseling Center is on the lookout for a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding team. This full-time, remote position offers the unique opportunity to provide comprehensive and individualized mental health services to a diverse client base. Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work setting while still being part of a collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring an empathetic and supportive atmosphere.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress through documented evaluations, adapting treatment techniques as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support when clients face urgent emotional challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay informed about advancements in mental health treatment practices and methodologies.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights, discuss treatment outcomes, and enhance overall service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and present with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients of all ages, applying tailored therapeutic interventions to help them overcome personal challenges and improve their overall mental health and life satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to client interactions, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their well-being.
• Ability to operate independently while effectively contributing to a team environment.
• Familiarity with ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing mental health practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in the mental health field, providing direct therapeutic services.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with teletherapy modalities and platforms for remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
