Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions align with each client's goals and preferences.
  • Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care tailored to client needs.
  • Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
