• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, incorporating feedback and insights from other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on latest mental health research and practices.

Your role will focus on assisting individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, and more. Many of our clients come from underrepresented communities with limited access to mental health resources, making your work essential to promoting their overall wellness and resilience. You will build trusting relationships with clients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with care and empathy.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling and mental health services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and best practices in mental health care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team structure.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related telehealth technologies.

• Experience or specialization in trauma-informed care, family therapy, couples counseling, and substance abuse therapies is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in telehealth environments is a plus, showcasing adaptability to remote service delivery.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, based on experience and caseload availability.
