Client Service Specialist (Contract‑to‑Hire)

Remote Locations:

Las Vegas, NV (Work-From-Home - Equipment Provided)

Des Moines, IA (Work-From-Home - Equipment Provided)

Pay: $21.47/HR + Monthly Bonus Potential

Start Date: September 8th

Duration: 4‑month contract‑to‑hire


About the Role

Join a fast‑growing, tech‑first business insurance provider that’s redefining how small businesses get coverage.

This is a true inbound customer service role. You’ll support existing customers and respond to inbound inquiries from small business owners who have applied online or are calling for assistance.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide prompt, professional support with a focus on one‑call resolution
  • Handle inbound calls and follow up on online applications
  • Assist customers with policy questions related to coverage, billing, and general clarification
  • Accurately document interactions and enter inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Navigate multiple systems while multitasking between calls, documentation, and follow‑ups
  • Contribute to a team‑focused culture centered on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What We’re Looking For
  • Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
  • Active Property & Casualty license required (must be general or commercial lines - CANNOT be personal lines)
  • Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • Dependability and a team‑first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
