Customer Service Representative – Remote Training: September 22 – October 3, 2025 (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CT; attendance required every day) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST; one Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks Company: Sharecare Location: Remote (United States) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $15.50 per hour (non-negotiable) Start Date: September 22, 2025 Role Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Sharecare, you'll handle inbound calls and emails from members and providers, input data, and deliver courteous, professional support. You'll use internal systems to track communications, troubleshoot issues, and promote program participation.
