  • Establish an AI-native operating model and AI-first software development lifecycle, including governance, evaluation, guardrails, and reusable agentic capabilities that enable agent-to-agent integration.

  • Lead continuous AI research and development, startup engagement, and the responsible deployment of new AI and agentic capabilities.

  • Design and lead a distributed organization spanning Interoperability, HealthcareOS, Sales AI, and Clinical AI, owning talent strategy, delivery accountability, and a successor-ready leadership bench.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, the AI Innovation Office, the AI Office of Enablement, and other enterprise stakeholders to align AI investments with business outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred.

  • 2+ years of core engineering leadership with GenAI, Agentic Systems, Autonomous Agentic in scaled industries; Clinical AI experience strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years of engineering management of partnerships with Hyperscalers.

  • 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including experience leading AI, digital health, or interoperability initiatives within healthcare or another complex, highly regulated enterprise environment.

  • Proven experience building and scaling AI-first or agentic technology capabilities, including governance, evaluation, and responsible deployment practices.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and platforms, with an understanding of Health Plan, Pharmacy Benefit Management, and Specialty Pharmacy data ecosystems.

  • Experience leading large, distributed technology organizations across multiple geographies, including onshore and offshore teams.
