• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify students' mental health challenges, background, and treatment needs.
• Provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to formulate and implement customized treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health intervention.
• Develop a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to foster trust, allowing for deeper exploration of personal issues and aspirations.

As a Senior LCSW, you will serve a diverse range of clients, primarily students facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjustment issues related to academic life. Your role will be crucial in creating a safe and accepting space where students can address their concerns, explore their feelings, and work towards achieving their personal goals.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Licensure: A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada is essential.
• Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, ideally in private practice or school environments.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills encompassing assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening abilities are paramount in this role to engage effectively with clients.

• Experience working within an educational context, preferably with school-aged populations.
• Familiarity with digital tools and teletherapy platforms to deliver effective remote counseling sessions.
• Training in evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions specific to children and adolescents.
