Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and treatment aspirations, utilizing tools such as structured interviews and standardized assessment measures.
• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, adapting interventions specific to the individual needs and progress of each client.
• Engage in regular follow-ups with clients to monitor progress, encouraging open communication to refine treatment goals as necessary.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice; adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including workshops and peer supervision to stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices.
• Build a strong therapeutic alliance with clients through trust, empathy, and collaborative goal setting to promote healing and growth.
• Provide clients with supportive resources and practical strategies to successfully manage their life challenges.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits
