The job duties of a remote Scrum master involve overseeing the implementation of the Scrum project management framework. Scrum is a subset of the Agile framework and involves strategies to help organize and manage tasks for software development and other computer or IT projects. The scrum master has more project management responsibilities, but you still need to have solid programming skills. Multiple professional organizations offer certifications to become a scrum master.
