As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Compassionate Family Dynamic Mental Therapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of students, developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
• Providing individual and group psychotherapy services, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health issues.
• Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical records to ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and enhance continuity of care.
• Collaborating closely with school staff, including counselors, administrators, and parents, to create unified strategies for student mental health support.
• Participating in regular team meetings and peer reviews to continuously improve treatment methodologies and patient outcomes.
• Educating students and their families about mental health resources, community support systems, and treatment options to foster informed decision-making.
• Staying updated on mental health research and trends, integrating new findings into practice to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Managing a full caseload while ensuring timely progress towards established treatment goals, upholding the ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your primary focus will be on a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents, each of whom may face unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By utilizing evidenced-based practices tailored to individual needs, you will play an integral role in supporting the emotional and psychological development of students, fostering a safe and supportive school environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy within educational settings or with children and adolescents.
• Sound knowledge of solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
