As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility is to provide high-quality psychotherapy services to students facing various mental health challenges. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each student’s mental health status and needs.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that integrate solution-focused interventions aligned with best practices.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the requirements and preferences of each student.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Collaborating seamlessly with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and educational professionals, to deliver cohesive and effective care.
• Participating actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance our service quality.
• Educating students and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources.
• Staying informed about the latest research and developments in mental health to integrate new knowledge into your therapeutic practices.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, ranging from elementary to high school age, who experience a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
