• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients through empathetic and professional communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that include therapeutic interventions.
• Lead individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues, including relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in health status or personal situations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and resource sharing among individuals facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care, including referrals to specialists when additional support is required.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and include individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The position requires the therapist to be sensitive to diverse cultural, economic, and personal backgrounds while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Specialized training in addiction counseling will enhance care for clients facing substance use disorders, enabling therapists to address co-occurring issues comprehensively.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated experience working within mental health settings, particularly with individuals and families.
• Specialized training or background in addiction counseling is preferable.
• A thorough understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and related mental health disorders.
• Strong ability to motivate and support clients in their therapeutic journeys, facilitating a collaborative approach to mental health care.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
