What you will be doing:

  • Analyze and re-engineer functionality from large, often undocumented legacy codebases onto the Salesforce platform
  • Design and lead complex integrations with external, federal, and financial systems, such as payment, billing, and reconciliation interfaces
  • Lead data migration from legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, and validation
  • Integrate the Salesforce platform with cloud services such as AWS and enterprise data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Support and lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Provide expert troubleshooting of technical and process issues across implementations
  • Understand and contribute to overall architectural design decisions
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply DevSecOps practices across the development lifecycle
  • Ensure solutions meet Section 508 accessibility and federal security and compliance requirements such as FISMA and NIST

  • Lead sessions in implementation best practices and coding standards
  • Actively mentor and support junior and mid-level team members
  • Present knowledge sharing sessions for team, practice, and company
  • Interview prospective team members and contribute to hiring decisions
  • Drive internal business development activities including demos and proofs of concept
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships with federal clients
  • Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality
  • Contribute to practice documentation, accelerators, and reusable components

What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with complex implementations
  • Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and the Salesforce data model
  • Experience with the full end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment
  • Experience modernizing or re-engineering legacy applications and migrating their data onto Salesforce
  • Experience building complex integrations with external and financial or transactional systems
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with AWS services, or equivalent integration experience
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices, such as Git-based pipelines
  • Experience delivering in Agile and Scrum teams
  • Experience with federal government projects, including working knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP, and of Section 508 accessibility standards (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and data governance

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and executives
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on schedule
