Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting critical federal missions. This role is ideal for a seasoned architect who thrives at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale digital modernization.

As a trusted technical leader, you will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership to design secure, scalable, and innovative Salesforce-based solutions that drive mission outcomes across the federal government.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr. Salesforce Architect, you will:
  • Work on high-visibility federal transformation initiatives
  • Influence enterprise architecture strategy and solution direction
  • Collaborate with talented architects, engineers, and business leaders
  • Contribute to innovation, thought leadership, and solution development
  • Lead architecture and technical design for complex Salesforce implementations and modernization initiatives

  • 5+ years leading architecture and development of complex enterprise applications
  • Demonstrated expertise in: Enterprise architecture, System integrations, Platform security, Scalability and performance, Application lifecycle management, Platform governance

  • Must reside and work within the United States
