Purpose of Position
The Intern, Business Systems will play a meaningful role in AdvaMed's Salesforce launch, gaining hands on experience with a major system implementation while supporting day to day users across the organization. This internship offers a strong learning opportunity for someone interested in CRM systems, data management, and business operations, along with exposure to a collaborative, fast paced, and mission driven workplace. Interns will build practical technical and communication skills and contribute to work that directly supports AdvaMed's members and staff.
Essential Duties of Position
Salesforce User Support
Intakes and triages Salesforce support tickets
Troubleshoots basic user access and permission issues
Provides ad hoc user guidance and support with Salesforce navigation and functionality
Data Management & Migration Support
Assists in identifying and resolving data quality issues
Supports data migration efforts from Nimble AMS to Salesforce
Assists with data reconciliation to validate accuracy and completeness post migration
System Documentation
Maintains and updates end user standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
Maintains and updates technical and administrative system documentation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with comfort supporting end users
Ability to follow documented processes and work accurately within established systems
Comfort working with data and learning new systems quickly; interest in CRM or business systems a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team
Specifications
Minimum Education Required: The candidate for this internship should have completed or be working toward a four year bachelor's degree.

Hybrid Work Policy: Resident worker: 3 days onsite per week
Pay: $25.00 per hour
