Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess current-state (Classic) processes and define future-state (Lightning) solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions and requirement elicitation workshops; translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities during migration
- Design and configure declarative solutions including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and Lightning components
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, data models, and functional specs
- Drive backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning with Product Owners
- Support UAT planning, coordination, and defect resolution
- Provide training, enablement, and change management support to drive user adoption
- 10+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Proven Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration experience (minimum 1 full project)
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Experience features, limitations, and adoption tools
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Agile/Scrum experience with tools such as Jira, ADO, and Confluence
- Insurance domain knowledge
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst)
- Experience with Lightning Readiness Reports, Usage App, and adoption metrics
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
- BFSI domain experience
