Job description

At Webflow, we're building the world's leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we're doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we're here to build it together.

We're looking for a Senior GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations to help us scale the intelligence, automation, and data infrastructure powering Webflow's go-to-market motion - building the systems that make our marketing, sales, and partner teams faster, smarter, and more precise. This is a deeply cross-functional role that will work on high-impact projects for our GTM teams and define the infrastructure that allows us to scale revenue programs efficiently and effectively.

About the role:
  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Exempt
  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $162,500 - $195,000

    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • 177,000 - 213,000

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Application Information:
    • Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
    • This posting is for an existing vacancy
  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing Automation & Technology

As a Senior GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations you'll ...

  • Design, build, and maintain multi-system automation workflows that power data enrichment, automated outreach and actioning, lifecycle stage progression, and field intelligence across Webflow's marketing, partner and sales motions, with an initial focus on our partner and agency ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain predictive scoring models for accounts and people, combining product signals, firmographic data, behavioral data, and third-party enrichment to surface the right targets at the right time for the right teams.
  • Own the data modeling and integration work required to shape, clean, and route account and contact data across systems - including SFDC, Marketo, Clay, and Snowflake - with a specific focus on building a reliable agency and service provider data layer.
  • Architect and implement automated outreach, lead lifecycle automation and field workflow optimizations that improve speed-to-lead, reduce manual handoffs, and scale GTM execution without adding operational overhead.
  • Manage and optimize the cost and credit efficiency of automated workflows, including LLM usage, Clay runs, enrichment calls, and API usage - balancing performance with operational spend.
  • Partner with GTM stakeholders across marketing, sales development, partnerships, and revenue operations to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions, and maintain clear documentation to support adoption and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and MCP integrations that meaningfully improve GTM intelligence, automation quality, or team productivity.
About you:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent relevant experience
  • Deep Salesforce & MAP experience - you understand complex Salesforce object schemas and relational databases, and can dictate in detail build steps and requirements for our Business Technology team
  • Proven experience building automations in Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools - from initial scoping through production deployment
  • Deep familiarity with the cost mechanics of automated workflows: you actively manage Clay credit consumption, LLM API costs, enrichment call volume, and runbook efficiency as part of how you build
  • Experience building and consuming API and MCP integrations to connect systems, trigger workflows, and extend the capabilities of GTM tooling

You'll thrive as a Senior GTM Engineer, Marketing Operations if you:

  • Are a systems thinker with a builder's instinct - you don't just map out what should happen, you wire it up, test it, and ship it. You're comfortable moving between architecture decisions and hands-on implementation.
  • Have a strong track record in data enrichment for GTM motions - you know how to source, normalize, and route account and person data at scale, and you understand the downstream impact of data quality on scoring, routing, and outreach.
  • Have built or maintained predictive scoring models - whether for MQL, account prioritization, or intent - and you understand how to balance signal quality, model maintainability, and business adoption.
  • Think about automation cost the way an engineer thinks about performance - you proactively manage credit spend, LLM call efficiency, and enrichment ROI as first-class considerations, not afterthoughts.
  • Are a strong cross-functional partner - you can translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete technical specs, communicate tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and move projects forward without being the loudest person in the room.
  • Are excited about working across the full GTM surface - this role is anchored in our partner and agency ecosystem but interfaces with revenue marketing, sales development, and lifecycle automation. You flex where the highest-impact work is.
  • Stay curious and open to growth - demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
Benefits
  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company.
  • Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums.
  • Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions.
  • Time off that's actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired.
  • Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching.
  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally.
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses - from Wi-Fi to workouts.
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program.

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
