WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for advancing sales effectiveness through targeted skill development, sales coaching, commercial team onboarding, and enablement programs that support measurable commercial outcomes. This includes designing and delivering new hire training for sales and customer success teams to build role readiness and reinforce consistent execution across the customer lifecycle. This role leads the development and reinforcement of core selling behaviors across the organization, ensuring teams are equipped to execute with consistency, confidence, and alignment to commercial go-to-market (GTM) strategies. You will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical field execution, supporting change management, communication, and training that drive adoption. Success in this role is defined by improved sales performance, stronger coaching practices, effective onboarding experiences, and the seamless integration of strategic initiatives across commercial teams.
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
This position will work a hybrid schedule from either our Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA office locations preferred. Remote will be considered within the United States.
HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Sales Skills Development & Coaching
Develop, deliver, and reinforce enablement programs that advance core selling competencies, strengthen sales coaching practices, and improve field execution. Use data, manager input, and performance trends to identify skill gaps, prioritize learning needs, and measure progress against commercial outcomes.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Support
Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, product management, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to translate GTM priorities into practical field readiness plans. Support product launches, messaging alignment, commercial plays, and strategic initiatives so teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to execute consistently with customers.
  • New Hire Onboarding & Ramp Programs
Own commercial team onboarding, including new hire training for sales and customer success teams. This essential component of the role includes building structured ramp programs that establish role readiness, reinforce GTM priorities, and create a consistent foundation for success within the commercial team. Onboarding effectiveness will be measured through defined KPIs, including on time training completion rates, new hire confidence ratings, and time to quota achievement.
  • Change Management, Communication & Training
Lead enablement efforts that support adoption of organizational, commercial, and GTM changes. Create clear communications, training resources, and reinforcement plans that help teams understand priorities, apply new behaviors, and integrate strategic initiatives into day-to-day execution.
  • Program Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Track enablement impact through KPIs, feedback loops, adoption metrics, and performance indicators tied to skill development, GTM readiness, onboarding effectiveness, and commercial outcomes. Use insights to refine programs, improve execution, and demonstrate business impact.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Experience as a quota-carrying sales professional, providing firsthand insight into the sales process and seller needs.
  • 3+ years of experience leading training and/or change management initiatives within sales organizations.
  • Proficiency with Highspot or a comparable Learning Management System (LMS).
  • A strong team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Skilled in virtual collaboration, including leading meetings and facilitating interactive working sessions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to travel 10%
