Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on thorough client assessments, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the specific needs of individuals, families, and groups.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor with us, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required, with a preference for those holding a Master's or Doctoral degree.

Compensation and Benefits
