EPC Services Company is seeking experienced Field Safety Managers to join our team. EPCS is a growth oriented, nationally recognized leader in the engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) sector, specializing in energy and power delivery infrastructure development. In this role, you'll work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to promote a strong safety culture and help achieve our commitment to zero harm.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and promote safe work practices across active construction projects.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific safety plans.
  • Conduct site safety observations, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory safety requirements.
  • Support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
  • Analyze safety performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, contractors, and client representatives.

Qualifications
  • Five (5) years of construction safety management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Electric Transmission & Distribution (ET&D) or high voltage construction safety management.
  • Have, or be willing to obtain, a Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST) Certification through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
  • OSHA 30 (Construction) trained and current training in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence safe behaviors in the field.
  • Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and travel or relocate as needed.
