Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing established tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create tailored care plans.
  • Continuously monitor and assess patients’ progress, implementing appropriate interventions and therapeutic strategies to align with their mental health diagnoses.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate treatment records utilizing current technology tools, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and departmental protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with patients and other healthcare professionals to develop holistic treatment plans that address individual patient needs and desired outcomes, ensuring an inclusive approach that respects cultural diversity.
  • Proactively identify safety considerations and symptom reduction strategies, showing sensitivity to patient circumstances and family dynamics throughout the care process.
