Position: Customer Service Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Fully Remote
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing healthcare-related tasks related to communication with clients, members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. This role involves addressing clinical inquiries, assisting members with prescription benefits, and resolving issues within the claims processing system.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes from members, clients, pharmacies, and physicians; Assist with clinical calls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve claim processing issues in the claims adjudication system.
  • Communicate problems and concerns to management.
  • Document relevant claims and prior authorization information in the system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Education: 2-year college degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of applicable experience preferred. Pharmacy experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Knowledge of claims processing, prior authorizations, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Required Equipment: Windows 10/11 PC (Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, noise-canceling headset (no Mac or Chromebooks)
