Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year prior State Farm agency experience required

Position Overview
As a Remote Multiline Representative, your primary responsibility is driving new business growth. You will work leads, conduct needs-based conversations, identify coverage gaps, and help customers protect what matters most while achieving and exceeding production goals.
This role is designed for experienced producers who are comfortable managing their own activity and delivering results without constant supervision.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate auto, home, renters, life, umbrella, and other insurance solutions.
Manage Pipeline Effectively
Maintain consistent follow-up, manage quoting activity, and move opportunities efficiently from prospect to bind.
Maximize Household Penetration
Identify opportunities within existing accounts to cross-sell additional products and strengthen customer relationships.
Meet and Exceed Production Goals
Consistently achieve activity, quote, and sales expectations while contributing to overall agency growth.
Maintain Compliance and Documentation
Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
