Customer Service Representative
Stauer is currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service operations team at our Burnsville, MN location. Remote Position.
Requirements:
- Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years' customer service experience is required. Call center experience preferred.
- Our expertise is customer service, so excellent communication skills are essential.
- Must have strong listening skills, problem solving skills and be self-motivated.
- Good typing and speaking skills. Inbound call center.
- Familiar with Outlook
- Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
- Must be able to provide customer experience that promotes repeat business.
- Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
