Fink's Jewelers is hiring a Sales Professional to join the team at the Rolex Boutique in North Hills, Raleigh, NC.

A Sales Professional in the Rolex Boutique is accountable for creating best in class experiences through brand ambassadorship with consistency and finesse. A key focus of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, demonstrating passion for the brand, appealing environments, and supporting brand and company initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and luxurious environment for customers.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and build trust.
  • Implement brand strategies and maintain luxury product presentation.
  • Efficiently close sales and collect client information for future interactions.
