About the role
The Rolex Specialist is responsible for delivering a best-in-class client experience while supporting the operations and presentation of the Rolex environment. This role serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained in alignment with Rolex expectations. Working in partnership with the Rolex Business Manager and Sales Professional, the Rolex Specialist maximizes client-facing time and upholds Rolex's core values through visual excellence, inventory support, and administrative execution.
The Rolex Specialist will also serve as a dedicated representative of the Rolex boutique environment, demonstrating CD Peacock's Culture of Excellence while maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor in a non-selling, support capacity.
What you'll do
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving watches, allocating locations, performing daily case counts and audits, tracking special orders, and organizing warranty cards and review tags.
  • Support visual merchandising standards by assisting with set-up, replenishing supplies (e.g., boxes, bags, catalogs, beverages, receipt envelopes), and maintaining organization under cabinets.
  • Provide hands-on support to ABAs and ensure client experience stations are consistently stocked and maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Manager and Sales team to anticipate and communicate supply needs and product support.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities related to the Rolex experience, including handling day-to-day operational tasks and occasional local travel or errands as needed.
  • Maintain operational accuracy and uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with Sales Professionals to further engage CD Peacock's clients and build relationships.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Rolex brand by modeling client-centric behaviors and maintaining a deep understanding of brand standards and heritage.
  • Support client experience by assisting with service requests, warranties, and repairs, ensuring proper organization and follow-up coordination with the appropriate team members.
  • Uphold operational excellence by supporting routine inventories, price accuracy, and back-of-house organization.
  • Take part in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
  • Utilize systems and technology (POS, CRM, Inventory Management Systems, Microsoft Office, Teams, and business-related applications) to support daily operations and administrative functions.
  • Participate in brand and service trainings, vendor sessions, and learning opportunities to maintain strong product knowledge and operational standards

  • Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or watches is preferred but not required.

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and peak retail periods.
