• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of each hospice patient, ensuring timely and relevant interventions.

• Administer tailored therapeutic interventions, helping patients navigate their emotions and mental challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements, and ensuring confidentiality.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and spiritual advisors, to facilitate a holistic approach to patient care.

This position primarily serves patients receiving hospice care, often dealing with terminal diagnoses or serious illnesses. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
