• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, considering patients' complex medical histories to ensure holistic understanding.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities that address both psychiatric and medical conditions.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored approaches that resonate with each patient's unique situation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other specialists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention during emergency situations, employing expertise to guide patients towards appropriate resources.
• Educate patients regarding the interplay between mental and physical health, fostering self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential documentation of patient information in accordance with legal requirements.
• Actively engage in case conferences and team discussions to enhance collective knowledge and improve patient care outcomes.
• Stay informed on advancements and best practices in the field of mental health, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Your primary focus will be assisting individuals experiencing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions, including but not limited to autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. This diverse patient population requires a compassionate and adaptable approach, and your expertise will play a crucial role in improving their overall well-being.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California is required.
• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs among patients with complex medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective engagement with patients and their families.
• Ability to uphold professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology for managing patient documentation.
• A strong collaborative spirit, with the confidence to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly those effective for integrated care settings.
• Prior experience interjecting patient education initiatives into therapeutic settings.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development activities, demonstrating commitment to lifelong learning.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
