Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine patients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
  • Provide individualized evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s unique situation.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals in a patient-centered treatment model to ensure cohesive and coordinated care.
  • Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses and treatment options, ensuring they understand the recommended medications and therapies.
