Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the emotional and mental health status of patients, identifying their strengths and specific needs.
  • Implement and provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient circumstances.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team of mental health professionals to develop cohesive treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care that respects patient preferences and goals.
  • Educate and support patients and their families regarding diagnoses, available treatments, and medication management, empowering them to make informed decisions about care.

  • Advocate for patients' rights and needs, assisting them in navigating the complex healthcare system to access necessary support services.
  • Develop and lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions, facilitating discharge planning to ensure a successful transition to ongoing care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
